Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The mJob Referral Program is open to current customers, partners, and industry professionals. Employees of mJob and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Important Compliance Notice: This program is not available to government employees or public officials in any capacity. Submissions involving government entities will not be eligible for rewards.

2. Qualified Referral Definition

A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a contact who: (a) is not an existing mJob customer or active lead in our CRM; (b) is a decision-maker or influencer in a company within our target industries; and (c) completes a full discovery demo with our sales team.

3. Reward Distribution

Rewards are issued in the form of a $50 digital gift card. The reward will be sent via email within 30 days of the referral completing the qualified demo. No cash substitutions are allowed.

4. Compliance & Program Rights

mJob reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation does not violate their own employer’s gift or ethics policies. mJob is not responsible for any conflicts of interest arising from individual participation.
