You can manually zoom in or out on the Labor Time Listing screen to perfectly size your time cards for your eyes.
Open the Labor Time Listing screen.
Hover your mouse over the time entries.
Hold CTRL and scroll your mouse wheel.

Workforce Management
Speed up time entry by grouping employees into Crews. Using crews allows you to enter labor or per diem records for the entire group as a single unit.
Go to the Maintenance Menu and select Crews.
Click the Add button to open the Crew Maintenance screen.
Enter a unique Crew ID and Crew Name (both are required).
Select employees from the left and click the right arrow to assign them.
Click Save to finish.
