Tips and Tricks

The Copy Module

Repetitive entry? Save time with the Copy module. You can clone labor, equipment time, and logs from one day to another for specific employees.

This feature copies all entries for the selected date and only copies entries that were created under the current foreman login.

    Select the Copy button on the Home screen.

    Choose the employee(s), period, and the dates you want to copy from and to.

    Check the boxes for the time card types and options you want to duplicate.

    Note: Options disabled on the foreman record will be grayed out.

    Select the Continue button to finish.
